Garage door springs decided to break at an inconvenient time of the day (Friday night) and I had an appointment the next day (Saturday) by 1pm. Called Gear garage at 730am Saturday morning sent him a photo per text all he said was see you in an hour and also gave me the quote per photos I sent him over the phone.Repairs completed before 12 noon and full inspection check of entire garage door and opener. Did I mention it was Easter weekend and all previous calls to other garage doors company’s couldn’t guarantee what time tech would show up.
