I sent him pics of my Chamberlain Garage Model. It was the original unit from when the house was built in 2005. I would have been there all week trying to figure it out. I was so satisfied with his work that I had him put in new rollers and the rubber threshold at the bottom of the door. He came out the very next day and repaired it, by installing a extra strong brace (I thought I would need an entire panel which would make me repaint the entire door and cost more). I ask him what would cause such a break, so he gave my door and mechanics a once over and tightened the springs, adjusted the tension on the chain cable, used some type of special lube on the door joints, springs, pulleys, etc. He even changed out the bad bulbs (I provided) in the overhead box. Now if I needed to open it without electricity I can do it with ease. All I ask was that he fix the broken hinge. To me he went above and beyond and did more than I expected, Price was very reasonable. Thanks."
