He came out the very next day and repaired it, by installing a extra strong brace (I thought I would need an entire panel which would make me repaint the entire door and cost more). I ask him what would cause such a break, so he gave my door and mechanics a once over and tightened the springs, adjusted the tension on the chain cable, used some type of special lube on the door joints, springs, pulleys, etc. He even changed out the bad bulbs (I provided) in the overhead box. Now if I needed to open it without electricity I can do it with ease. All I ask was that he fix the broken hinge. To me he went above and beyond and did more than I expected, Price was very reasonable. Thanks."

He diagnosed the issue with a few photos and even walked us through how to open the garage to get the cars out. He came out to convert our old springs to a new, more reliable system. It only took an hour for him to replace, and he tuned up the whole garage while he was there by lubricating it, fixing the wheels, adjusting the tracks, and tightening the chain.
