He came out the very next day and repaired it, by installing a extra strong brace (I thought I would need an entire panel which would make me repaint the entire door and cost more). I ask him what would cause such a break, so he gave my door and mechanics a once over and tightened the springs, adjusted the tension on the chain cable, used some type of special lube on the door joints, springs, pulleys, etc. He even changed out the bad bulbs (I provided) in the overhead box. Now if I needed to open it without electricity I can do it with ease. All I ask was that he fix the broken hinge.
